Welcome to my blog, we have put this together to send my knowledge and opinions out to our readers about horsemanship and to find other ways to get to the mind of the horse. I believe in a good foundation on the ground before getting on the horses back. A horse needs to trust you on the ground and have a basic understanding what is expected of him before you get on his back. To start, take a look at the Ground Work page. Sorry it took so long to answer back, I recommend not to jump off but to change directions or get him busy thinking about something else than rolling. It sounds like he is a pro at doing this now, so it is going to take more pressure and time to break him from doing this. You should know by now what is going to happen before it happens so get him busy before it happens.
